To cut sideways
Incidental still life on the kitchen bench.
I got caught by the shape the white flesh of the pear formed, cut unlike usually.
Everything surrounding was just there, perfect as it was.
Something about the pink and green, and the rotation going through the image.
Also, thinking about form day in day out, it is interesting how the brain finetunes:
The world looks more three dimensional, every shadow becomes a part of a composition, every folded paper floating on the street a sculpture.
